I would have implemented and changed the key customer segments of my business as this will help in providing more flexibility in my business in the future. The different kind of improvements and implementation in the technology will help me in optimizing the conversations as this will help me in understanding the business effectively. I would be introducing more segments along with inclusion of promotional activities that will help the company in performing better.
